By accessing FixMyError, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. USE_LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our AI code diagnostic tools. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary logic.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS_&_BILLING

• Pro Plan: Billed monthly via Stripe.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of VAT or applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your residency.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled via the Customer Portal.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Since this is a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds once usage has occurred.

3. DISCLAIMER_OF_WARRANTY

FixMyError is provided "as is." While our AI is highly advanced, we do not guarantee that every fix is correct or safe for your specific production environment. Use of suggested code is entirely at your own risk.

4. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

In no event shall FixMyError be liable for any damages (including data loss or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our tools.
